Disclaimer & Terms of Entry – Eros Society Events

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any Eros Society event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability
Eros Society and its organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their own property at all times.

Attendance is entirely at your own risk. Eros Society is not responsible for any personal injury, accidents, or health-related incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

2. Age Requirement
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Valid identification may be required upon entry. Entry may be refused without refund if valid ID cannot be provided.

3. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or any form of unwanted conduct will not be tolerated.

Eros Society reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event without refund if they violate house rules, behave inappropriately, or fail to follow instructions from staff or security.

4. Dress Code & Entry Policy
Eros Society events may enforce a dress code in line with the event theme. Guests who do not meet the dress code or the desired atmosphere may be refused entry at the discretion of the organization, without refund.

5. Alcohol & Substance Use
Eros Society is not responsible for any consequences related to alcohol consumption or the use of substances. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.

6. Consent & Personal Boundaries
Eros Society promotes a safe and respectful environment. Any form of physical interaction must be based on clear mutual consent. Unwanted advances or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.

7. Photography & Media
By entering the event, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, you must inform the organization or staff upon arrival.

8. Lockers & Personal Storage
If lockers or storage facilities are provided, their use is at your own risk. Eros Society is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of items stored.

9. Force Majeure
Eros Society shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, weather conditions, governmental regulations, or other unforeseen events.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
